At myNASAstore, we want you to be completely over the moon with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Securely seal your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Mission Accomplished

  After our crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
